Creating New Pickeables

First, go to: Assets/Cowsins/Prefabs/DragAndDropExtras as shown, and drag and drop Generic a Pickeable into your scene.
In this case, we´ll be modifying a Weapon Pickeable, but the same procedure applies for Attachments & Bullets.
Then, select it and go to its inspector and select the Weapon_SO you would like.
Note that this Weapon_SO should belong to a fully set-up weapon.
